Parkside Hall opens at 11:00am for vendor access. Clients then have until 11:59pm to set up, have their event and break down. Additional hours may be purchased for a fee.

After you book, you will have a venue manager to assist you through the entire process. Our managers will help you with any venue related issues, and will be there on the day of the event to make sure everything goes as planned. It is important to note our managers are not event planners.

Absolutely. If there are no schedule conflicts, we would be happy to provide a one-hour block for a ceremony rehearsal. And, if you are interested in having a rehearsal dinner in our space for you wedding the following day, just let us know and we an offer a discount for a multi-day rental.

We have a gated, private parking lot as well as a neighboring gravel lot for over flow parking to fit vehicles to accommodate for vendors and guests.

We have quite a few vendors that we love working with & will gladly recommend. However, you are not locked in to using these vendors only. Please note, we do require a licensed caterer & bar staffing vendor.

While our venue managers are not meant to be your wedding planner, Parkside Hall does require an event planner or on-site day-of contact in its rental contract. Please inquire for recommendations!
